Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FanFaves (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
FanFaves is an adult-only service. You must not access the Platform if this content is illegal in your jurisdiction.
Description of the Service
FanFaves is an adult-oriented platform that allows:
Creators to create an AI persona based on their likeness, voice, and personality.
Users (“Fans”) to chat with the AI persona and purchase AI-generated adult content, including images, videos, audio, and text-based fantasies.
FanFaves provides identity verification, content moderation, AI generation tools, and payment processing (including crypto on/off ramping) to enable these services.
Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use the Platform.
By using the Platform, you warrant that:
You are 18+
You are legally permitted to access adult content
You will not allow minors to access your account
FanFaves uses identity-verification technologies, including biometrics, to confirm age and prevent impersonation.
Biometric Verification & Deepfake Protection
To prevent unauthorised AI clones and illegal deepfakes:
Creators must complete KYC and biometric face matching.
FanFaves checks training data against biometric scans to confirm the user owns their likeness.
Submissions that do not match or appear fraudulent are rejected.
Biometric and verification data is stored and processed as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Creators may request deletion of biometric data at any time (subject to legal retention requirements).
User Accounts
Users and creators must provide accurate information and maintain secure login credentials.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining account security
Ensuring no minors access your device or account
Any activity occurring under your login
FanFaves may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Wallets & Payments
FanFaves supports multiple payment methods including:
Card payments
Token top-ups
Supported cryptocurrencies
You acknowledge:
FanFaves does not custody private keys for any external crypto wallet.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
Token purchases on FanFaves are final except where legally required.
Creator Responsibilities
Creators using the Platform agree that:
You are 18+ and have the legal right to create and license your likeness.
Any training data you upload belongs to you or you have permission to use it.
You must not upload copyrighted, stolen, or misleading media.
You will set reasonable consent boundaries for your AI persona.
FanFaves may remove or restrict creator content that violates our safety or moderation rules.
Content Moderation & Safety
FanFaves enforces strict moderation to prevent illegal or harmful material.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Minors or “youthful” AI depictions
Non-consensual sexual content
Real or AI-generated deepfakes of people who have not consented
Violent sexual acts
Incest, bestiality, or any content illegal in Australia or the user’s jurisdiction
Misuse of creator likeness without consent
Extremism, hate content, or harmful actions
FanFaves uses:
Automated moderation tools
Human reviewers
Real-time monitoring systems
Creativity is permitted within safe, legal adult boundaries.
AI-Generated Content & Training
By training your AI persona on FanFaves, you grant us the rights to:
Use your uploaded data (images, video, audio, text) to train and improve your AI persona only
Generate content as instructed by users within your chosen limits
FanFaves does not:
Sell your likeness
Train general models with creator data
Allow users to download raw training data
Share your content with third parties without consent
Creators may request deletion of training data, which permanently disables the AI persona.
Use of Generated Content by FanFaves (Promotional Licence)
Creators grant FanFaves a limited licence to use AI-generated content only, not training data or private files, for:
Platform promotion
Social media advertising
In-product examples
Marketing materials
Creators may opt out at any time.
If a creator requests deletion of their data, FanFaves will cease using it for promotion.
Refunds, Chargebacks & Disputes
Most transactions on FanFaves are final.
Refunds may be issued when required under Australian Consumer Law.
Chargebacks may result in account suspension or investigation.
Intellectual Property
Creators retain ownership of:
Their likeness
Their uploaded media
Their AI persona identity
Creators grant FanFaves a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, generate, display, and sell AI content created through the Platform.
Users receive a personal, non-transferable licence to view purchased content.
Redistribution or reselling of content is prohibited.
Termination & Account Removal
FanFaves may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Violating these Terms
Illegal activity
Abusing moderation systems
Fraudulent behavior
Safety concerns
Chargeback abuse
Creators & users may request full data deletion at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as-is.”
FanFaves does not guarantee:
Continuous uptime
Perfect accuracy of AI output
That content will always remain available
That blockchain networks will function error-free
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
FanFaves and Clearcache Pty Ltd are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Liability is capped at the amount paid to us in the 3 months preceding a claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the NSW courts.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
